MISSION

 

Empresarios Latinos Foundation's mission is to strengthen the leadership, entrepreneurial capacity, and economic well-being of the Latino community through comprehensive programs of training, mentoring, technical advice, access to resources, and the generation of growth opportunities.

We are committed to fostering responsible entrepreneurship, innovation, economic inclusion, and the development of small businesses. From a social responsibility perspective, we promote values ​​of perseverance, ethics, solidarity, and self-sufficiency, contributing to the sustainable progress of Latino families and strengthening the business sector in the United States.

Our vision is to become the leading foundation in the entrepreneurial empowerment of the Latino community, recognized for transforming lives through high-quality education, economic development opportunities, and the promotion of projects with social impact.

We aspire to build an ecosystem where every Latin entrepreneur, regardless of their origin, gender, or socioeconomic status, has the tools, support, and confidence to turn their ideas into sustainable, competitive, and socially responsible businesses.

We envision a thriving community where the foundation acts as a bridge between Latino talent and institutional, governmental, and private resources, fostering strategic alliances, innovation, and leadership for future generations.

2026 COMMITTEES

1) Finance, Fundraising and Economic Development Committee: Develop sponsorship strategies, identify grants, and oversee the budget. Support the expansion, retention, and investment of businesses within Hispanic communities. (Adriana, Francisco, Andres, Jay).

2) Committee on Governmental Affairs / Public Policy: Legal services, legislative updates, and representation of Hispanic business interests. (Claudia G. Allan)

3) Membership Committees, Business Networking and Events: Recruitment, participation, networking programs, and event organization. (Claudia Baca & Yvette)

4) Marketing and Communications Committee: Branding, public relations, and digital presence highlighting the success of the members. (Vania, and María Isabel)

5) Health Committee: Improving access to healthcare resources and supporting Hispanic businesses in the medical sector. Focus on improving health equity for Hispanic workers and business owners. (Dr. Marlen Trujillo, TBD)

6) Technology and Artificial Intelligence Committee: Empowering Hispanic SMEs to adopt AI and compete in the digital economy. (Celina Enamorado)

7) Committee on Education and Development of Young Entrepreneurs, Workforce and Entrepreneurship: Focused on resources, mentorship, and growth for local SMEs. Young Entrepreneurs Incubator – Developing the next generation of Hispanic leaders and entrepreneurs, leadership development, and networking for future Hispanic leaders. Creating partnerships with schools, training programs, and workforce development initiatives. (Carlos and Grecia, Melanie, Esteban)

8) Arts and Culture Committee: It promotes Hispanic heritage, boosts cultural tourism, and strengthens community engagement. It creates economic opportunities for artists and fosters pride in Hispanic identity. (Marco, TBD)

9) Comité Internacional: Expand global business opportunities for Hispanic entrepreneurs. Build alliances with foreign trade agencies, support exports and investment, connect members with international buyers, and strengthen the Chamber's global influence: (Matias, Diego Tere, Aicardo, Ninfa)

10) Influencers Committee: Focused on amplifying the Chamber's mission, creating connections with influencers, collaborating with creators who highlight events, promote Hispanic members and businesses, and strengthening our digital presence. (Alexis, Yubi, Ramon)

11) Comité de Educación y Fuerza Laboral para Mujeres: Empowering Hispanic women with education, job readiness programs, and leadership training, strengthening the Chamber's impact and preparing our members for high-quality opportunities and careers. (Claudia Baca, Raquel, and Lenny)
