Attorney Rivera have handle more than 500 asylum cases in Houston Texas. She has experience handling Family cases and Insurance claims. Her practice ranges through state jurisdiction to federal and administrative appelate courts. She partners with other Attorneys to go all the way up to the United States Supreme Court.
Mrs. Rivera holds a JD from Fundacion Facultad de Derecho Eugenio Maria de Hostos in Mayaguez Puerto Rico. She was admitted to the Puerto Rico Bar in 2012. In 2017 she became a member of the American immigration Lawyers Association (AILA member) in Houston Texas Chapter. In 2022 she was admitted to the Texas Bar.
Through her work preparing family-based immigration petitions, employment-based immigration petitions, religious visas, applications for adjustment of status, applications for U.S. citizenship or naturalization, domestic violence petitions, business visa petitions, tourist visa petitions and deportation defense she helps keep families from all backrounds united.
